Scope of the role:
  • Developing productive long term relationships with customers. 
  • Creating long term strategies with the clients
  • Act as a main contact for existing and new customers 
  • Reaching sales targets
  • Implementing a global sales strategy 
  • Preparing volume forecasts and plans 
  • Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts
  • Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with Distributor’s local management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation. 
  • Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributor’s management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation. 
  • The role is a Senior member of the UAE Sales team reporting to the Country Manager.
  • Creating long term strategies with the key customers and execute RB strategies with them.
  • Developing productive long term relationships with customers & act as a main contact for existing and new customers
  • Drive In Market Sales and Market Share gains within the account and drive a healthy profitable P&L.
  • Preparing volume forecasts and plans on a monthly basis working closely with Trade Marketing, Distributors and Customers. 

What we are looking for?
  • MBA
  • Minimum 3 years and maximim 7-8 years of FMCG Sales experience in FMCG industry preferably food & beverages
  • FMCG Modern Trade Experience is a must. Ideally min +3 years to 7 years max
  • Previous experience in managing Carrefour would be plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; managing and handling Distributor sales teams. 
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
  • Internationally Mobile
