A fantastic opportunity is available for a Technical Document Specialist Associate, External Product Development – Emerging Brands to join our R&D team in Salt Lake City, Utah.                  

                   

Role Purpose:

The role of the Documentation Associate will be responsible for documentation and administrative tasks in the External PD & Strategic development partnership team for the RB portfolio of vitamins, mineral & supplements. The position requires working with cross-functional internal teams and external development partners in obtaining, preparing, reviewing and maintaining product development supporting documentation.

 
Accountabilities:
  • Contribute to project support related to documentation gathering, reviewing, and filing for key projects, ensuring that these are executed to the required standards.
  • Work in conjunction with external product development partners and internal functional teams to ensure all required documentation and dossier preparation are performed on time and to the required standards.
  • Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Write and review documents as requested. These documents may include but are not limited to product safety evaluation requests, product safety data sheets, Technical Transfer documents, dossiers, etc.
  • Lead all documentation related procedure implementation for External Product Development.
 
Skills & experience required:
  • Education in applied sciences or relevant major is preferred
  • Experience of prioritization and problem solving.
  • 5+ years of documentation/ administrative/clerical tasks, preferably working in a healthcare/VMS environment s
  • Experience of working in a Healthcare or VMS environment is desirable.
  • The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
  • Proven track record of success and strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership, influencing, motivational and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of building strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
