A fantastic opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. 

This role is responsible for full life cycle recruitment including; sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates within the business. 

  • Identify candidates by utilizing multiple direct sourcing strategies including: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking and cold calling.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the HR Business Partners to lead and drive the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at generating proactive candidate flow to add to the pipeline
  • Provide subject matter expertise on competitive landscape, best practices, industry trends as it relates to sourcing, identifying, screening and selling candidates.
  • Provide leadership on key Talent Acquisition projects (such as social media strategy development)
  • Provide excellent candidate care and customer service to internal clients
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent

Is this You?


5+ years of recruitment experience, CPG industry experience preferred

Demonstrated success in use of social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter to drive company branding as well as develop candidate pipelines. 

Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions 

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments. 

Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking systems, Taleo or Success Factors preferred.

Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
