A fantastic opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our UK Commercial HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

  

As an in-house recruiter you will be required to provide first class support to the Recruitment and wider HR function across UK Sales/ Marketing / Supply and Finance on Direct Sourcing and Recruitment Issues. You will work within a small HR team supporting the UK Commercial business and may support other functions.

 
RESPOSABILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES :
  • Posting compelling job adverts and reviewing candidates.
  • Work in partnership with the business.
  • Headhunting via LinkedIn.
  • Coordination tasks such as booking rooms and venues for interviews and ensuring that all required equipment and materials are available, inviting candidates for interview and inform unsuccessful candidates on behalf of the interviewers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Adding CVs to applicant tracking system (ATS) and updating candidates’ status.
  • Assisting the projects team for graduate recruitment across Northern Europe
  • Arranging and attending Graduate recruitment campus events
  • Work collaboratively with the Resourcing team and Human Resources Function to contribute towards identifying and implementing improvements to our processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose.

  • Fast paced environment with demanding Stakeholders
  • Must be able to deal with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
  • Conflicting priorities with a busy and varied work load
 
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
  • 2:1 or higher graduate (not essential)
  • Business focused and organised
  • Previous experience/exposure of working within a fast-moving office environment, delivering to deadlines with different priorities.
  • Experience of working in an environment and dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
 
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn for direct sourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Results orientated, self-motivated with a proactive and confident with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise work, multi-tasking where necessary, in a highly demanding and changing environment.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • The business language in RB is English, therefore fluency in English is essential.
  • Flexible to travel, if required.
