A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team!

 

The objective of this role is to drive customer strategy while delivering internal KPIs and market share outperformance of RB´s brands. In long-term, the Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with the customers, thereby strengthening RB position in our categories and optimizing all aspects of the commercial relationship. He/she is responsible for providing strong internal support to Channel Manager Modern Trade CZ/SK and helping to develop sales budgets, plans, and forecasts. The position is based in Prague.


 

Key responsibilities

 

  • analyzes and monitors the overall retail environment and seeks new business opportunities
  • proactive self-driven cross function cooperation within RB departments
  • builds and develops an effective long-term relationship with entrusted customers
  • explores customer potential
  • implementation of marketing strategies and projects and looking for new opportunities
  • growing Market share of RB´s brands as a visible and measurable result
  • regularly achieves strategic objectives per customer: NR, GM, COP and NWC on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • provides accurate sales forecast on above mentioned KPI´s (both short and long-term)
  • responsible for the annual negotiation of contract trade terms and implementation into daily business
  • executes 4P's strategy implementation, drives NPD´s launches, MSL implementation, seeding activities, promo plans
  • proper analysis with effective use of all available tools - Focus, AC Nielsen, sell out data etc.
  • leads and develops skills and competencies of his/her subordinate and prepares her/him for further development within RB
  • independent way of working expected as a MUST

 

Knowledge and experience

  • At least 5 years FMCG experience on KAM position
  • Minimum Bachelors degree level
  • Fluency in Czech and English is essential
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work within a multi-functional team and under the pressure within the leading and fast growing FMCG international corporation
  • Highly independent, self-motivated and results-oriented with deep customer understanding and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Organizational & communication skills, team player
  • Ambition for further career development and growth
