In our Health division, you will work within a dynamic team of talented individuals who manage a portfolio of iconic brands like Nurofen, Strepsils, Dettol, Durex, Gaviscon, Lemsip, Scholl, Veet & Clearasil.


With a bright and exciting future ahead of us, we are searching for a Senior Brand Manager to join our high performing Marketing Team.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will define the brand and consumer strategy and implement the action plan that will drive the growth of your brand. You will have full ownership of your brand P&L, manage a large marketing budget and lead a cross functional team to meet the brand target

This role reports to the Category Manager and is based out of our World Square’s offices in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for your brand in the market. Act as “General Manager” of your brand being responsible for full P&L

  • Input in the S&OP process for your brand, including tracking of business performance, outlook for next 12 months and gap filling initiatives 

  • Partner with Trade marketing Manager to execute channel / 4Ps strategy and ensure in store excellence for your brand.

  • Lead a cross functional team including supply, sales, regulatory and finance to develop and execute with excellence your commercial plans.

  • Develop a Healthcare Professional plan which includes KOL, training, detailing HCP media, guidelines and conferences,

  • Develop and execute consumer marketing plans which will cover innovation, communication (including TVC development and digital), media, PR and in store activities.

  • Mentor and guide a team of brand managers to achieve the team's target
Is this You?
  • Minimum Tertiary Qualifications of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing
  • Senior Brand Marketing experience preferably within FMCG, OTC or pharma.

  • Experience managing and coaching people

  • Ownership: You are pro-active, take initiatives and treat the business as your own.

  • Passion: You are self-motivated, can communicate your contagious passion for your brand and your job to others.

  • Drive for results: You are obsessed about making a difference on your brand and impacting your P&L, always find a way to achieve your objectives and win in market. A doer who acts with urgency and make things happen.

  • Logic: You are able to base your suggestions on facts, comfortable with numbers and data, strong analytical mind, able to draw conclusion and present recommendation.

  • Leadership: You are a people person that can lead a cross functional team, influence people and drive the brand agenda.

  • Dealing with ambiguity: You are flexible, welcome change, can work independently without step by step guidance, can manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Resilience: You are energised by challenges and persevere even when things are getting difficult.
