Sales Team Leader Europe – Action
 

Reporting into the EU/ANZ Area Discount Director, you will have full ownership and accountability on driving the fast growth of the business with the Action customer, developing an overall international Action strategy and embedding it in all countries using our International RB success model.


You will be in a truly entrepreneurial position, where your winning attitude and drive for results will be required to drive engagement both within the team, with internal stakeholders and externally, to overachieve targets.


Key responsabilities: 
  • Customer management
    • Understand customer strategy, trying to find win-win solutions
    • Build customer’s relationship that can leverage business development and maximize opportunities
    • Responsible for all 3N price negotiations, listings and promo plans alignment. All negotiations have international scope and are valid for all countries.
    • Creation, development, execution and tracking of business strategies and plans for the customer in perfect alignment with Marketing/Trade Marketing Team Leader
    • Operational management of the dedicated customer supply resources, ensuring an accurate planning through S&OP process and a flawless execution
  • Internal coordination of the different Action markets
    • Leading the implementation and co-ordination of the International Action strategy, driving the alignment meetings with customers’ middle and top management
    • Spreading and explaining the Action EU strategy and engage all countries by showing massive unexplored growth potential
    • Promote internal alignments between Action countries on the international initiatives and promo plans proposed for the customer
    • Sharing business evolution and promote frequent follow ups with main stakeholders   
  • Performance and financials management
    • Defining and monitoring main KPI’s, continuous analysis, gap detection and potentials exploration, Compiling and monitoring regular forecast, ensuring clear flow of information
    • Analysis of in-market / financial performances and identification of new opportunities or correction plan needed. Carry out post-implementation reviews and performance assessment.
    • Ensuring enough business ideas to deliver the targets timely plans for and discussions with management regarding on top plans
    • Budget & targets owner, ensuring constant planning, monitoring and compliance

Requirements:
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a Marketing or Business-related subjects.
  • Minimum 6 years experience, of least 3-4 years Key Account Management experience with large centralized accounts in a blue chip FMCG company, and 1-2 year experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing
  • Experience in team management, with sucessful track record. An international experience would be a strong plus.
  • Good 4P knowledge and proven practice
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent analytical skills, financial Skills & P&L Understanding
  • Open to regularly travel within Europe, approx. 1/3 of time
