A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Controller to join our team


The objective of the position is to be a strategic partner to CZ/SK Sales team, finance & sales controlling and help the company achieve it overall business goals, ensure optimum business performance and trade investment. Manage annual planning, quarterly forecasting processes, conduct monthly closing, monitor and analyze business performance. CZ/SKTrade Controller reports to the CZ/SK Performance Manager. He (she) should be the person with the ability to work independently and very precisely. Analytical skills are required for each key responsibility of the Trade Controller. He (she) must be able to manage all requirements during the monthly closing period. 

 


As a Sales Controller you will be responsible for:


• Ownership and understanding of all dimensions of the P&L and BS of CZ/SK
• Participate in annual planning and quarterly forecasting process, align trade investment targets with sales department
• Participate in monthly closing procedures regarding the P&L (from GS to NR) and trade accruals
• Prepare monthly NR estimation for flash reporting
• Participate in the monthly group and internal reporting processes, prepare local reports (CBMR, TI Extras, PnL template) by the given deadlines
• Manage trade contracts and lead the 7net process
• Manage Accelerate promo closing. Process A1 credi notes (temporary workaround until a technical solution will be in place)
• Approve SAP, OAS and email requests (OAS - LPs, EDLPs, FGs; SAP – claims: Trade invoices and credit notes C7; email – CNs)
• Application of the global trade policy with regards to trade investment and trade accruals
• Ensure proper controls, monitoring, and completeness of trade investment, governance process
• Customer pricing management ‐ Bottomed / Floor pricing reviews & compliance
• Prepare customer profitability analyses and estimations based on business needs. Provide analyses to the sales team, working closely with them to enable them to make accurate decisions to achieve business objectives
• Participate in regular discussions with the sales team on customer/brand performance, portfolio mix, and profitability
• Participate in both statuory and internal audit in matters of sales and TI

 


Is this you?


• University degree, preferably in economics discipline.
• 3-4 years experience in FMCG, preferably in the area of Controlling, Finance or Sales
• English and Czech high level verbal and written skills.
• Advanced user of MS Excel
• Having an SAP knowledge and experience would be an advantage
