About the role


The Respiratory Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales and implementing company approved programs within an assigned geographically defined territory. This is accomplished by providing company approved information and services to all classes of accounts such as physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacies, clinics and hospitals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete implementation of core sales strategy and corporate sales process
  • Achieve territory sales goals and objectives by making face-to-face sales presentations to key customers that creates a demand for company products
  • Attainment of regional sales goals through team collaboration
  • Effective planning, targeting and objective setting
  • Attendance and active participation in all sales meetings and training programs designed to increase RB & competitive product knowledge as well as skill development
  • Understand and apply the pharmacoecconomics of RB products to customers who participate in specific Managed Care Health Plans
  • Exercise financial control of territory operations
  • Maintenance of all sales materials and samples through compliance with RB policy and PDMA guidelines
  • Fulfil all administrative responsibilities including feedback to Regional Business Manager regarding sales trends, business conditions and opportunities
  • Occasional overnight travel for meetings and training is required
  • Depending on territory geography, occasional overnights within the territory could be required


  • Four-year college degree (BA/BS) required
  • One to three years of either B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ability to relocate preferred
