We are currently on the lookout for new talent to join our Hull site, we a keen to find a great Administrator to join our Release for Sale team. This role will be responsible for checking all batch documentation, working closely with colleagues in manufacturing for completeness, and recommend release to the Qualified Person (QP). The QA department is a busy environment, answering challenges and increasing the velocity of batch release to meet the needs of the customer; while maintaining high quality standards.


This role is vital to the compliance with pharmaceutical legislation and customer service!

The Role:
  • Quality: Ensure all Non-Conformance Reports are completed and in process checks comply as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ACDs
  • Customer Service:  Ensure prioritisation of releases to meet Customer Service Requirements
  • Compliance:  Timely delivery of all information to the QP(s) to ensure legal compliance and batch release
  • Improvement:  Assist with good documentation practice training for production and key support functions and work with the groups to proactively improvement the batch documentation

  • Highly organised, meticulous, conscientious and a keen eye for detail

  • proactive, seeking out potential issues and highlighting or dealing with these, both in terms of improving documentation across the factory and in speeding velocity in release for sale.

  • Good computer skills, being capable of building and using excel spreadsheets as this is a key feature of the role.

  • Experience of or knowledge of a fast-moving consumer goods factory environment and the Quality compliance aspects of product release

  • Awareness of quality/Good Manufacturing Practice and experience of a KPI focussed environment

  • Achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment

  • Analytical skills with drive to implement improvements

Our Hull site is a key location in the production of our Health products, globally. With over 600 staff on site, we provide a lean, modern and dynamic environment to ensure that we truly are driving the best results. Hull is also home to our state of the art Research and Development facility.
