Key responsibilities:


Within the Sales Department of Reckitt Benckiser, in Pharma Channel, as Regional Sales Manager you will have two main objectives:

1) Coordinating the team to deliver profitable sales growth on all categories;

2)  Developing plans to increase the turnover of the core categories for the allocated area with reasonable spending.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinates and monitors the team’s activities to deliver the business results;
  • Team Management: recruiting, performance evaluation, developing the team (support & coaching), keeping them motivated, building collaboration between team members;
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Builds trusting relationships with the external partners;
  • Responsible for excellent in-store execution of his/her team;
  • Planning and tracking activities;



  • Minimum 3-5 years pharma experience in Sales Pharma channel;
  • People manager skills;
  • University degree and English knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and good communication skills;
  • Results oriented and Ownership;
  • Have an understanding of sales workflows;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop plans, tactics and measurable implementation;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Proficient in using PC.
