A fantastic opportunity is available for a Regional Sales Manager to join our UK Sales team.

  

 

The regional sales manager will manage and motivate the Central Region of the OTC Field Sales Team and deliver superior results against the annual and specific campaign KPIs. In this role you will lead the development of strong business plans with the Senior TM customers in addition to the chain pharmacies within the region.


The role:

  • Working with the OTC field management team to build and deliver the agreed strategy for the OTC field sale team
  • Input into the campaign planning process to ensure delivery of best in class plans for OTC Field Sales
  • Develop reporting tools to monitor team effectiveness throughout the year.
  • Build strong engagement with the internal stakeholders within RB to ensure support for and awareness of Field Sales across the business.
  • Support the STM to develop superior plans that deliver against both RB brand priorities and financial targets

 

 

 

 

 

Performance Measures:

  • 3D KPIs for the Team
  • Trade spend management for the indirect customers
  • JBP/Pharmacy contract growth rates for “A” class pharmacies
  • Sales and Market share growth across the region.

Desirable:
  • Previous FMCG ./ Healthcare management experience
  • Pharmacy Channel Experience
  • Degree educated
  • International mobility
