About You
  • B.S. in Engineering or Business Administration and a minimum of 10 years managing projects. 
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience working in a plant or manufacturing environment.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience working on a regional scale.
  • Experience managing the financial aspect of Capital projects.
  • Broad experience in Food or Powder Pharmaceutical Engineering leading project teams.  Experience implementing projects which have included innovation and productivity projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of utilizing structured processes to control cost, scope and schedule.
  • Solid understanding of capital related finances and how it impacts the business
  • Interaction with and exposure to senior regional management
  • Develop proficiency leading/developing teams/project on the regional level
  • Obtain experience in developing longer term strategic plans that support business objectives
  • Develop a broad understanding of the Global Supply Chain.
  • Develop the ability to impact staff, departments within the company toward delivering improved business results.
