Desired Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in chemistry or related scientific discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical support/commercial laboratory environment primarily in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with microbiological terminology and environmental organisms as well as relevant legislation e.g. SUSDP, TGA and NICNAS regulations
  • Experience with GMP manufacturing processes for Pharmaceutical/FMCG products
  • Experience with aerosol, powder, liquid and solid product technologies
  • Knowledge & understanding of Good Laboratory Practices
  • Familiar with working in R&D healthcare environment
  • Formulation development and quality requirement understanding
  • Leading and developing projects
  • Commercial experience and cross functional interface; local and global
  • High attention to detail, and adapt to new database and systems
