Summary
 
The Team Resource Manager is responsible for a set number of assets and all of the people that work on those assets.

 

 

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Production TRM to join our Production team.

  

 Scope

  • Acts in accordance with all Safety procedures.
  • Proactively looks for safety improvements in their area of work utilizing CAPS program.
  • Acts in accordance with all Quality procedures.
  • Owns and executes their own training plan provided by the department.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Incident/Near miss reporting
  • Completion of monthly safety audits and accountable for safety improvements in area
  • Accountable for proactive Behavioural Safety Audits to be completed by their team each month
  • Completion of Trackwise Change Controls and Deviations in their area and delivery of CAPA plans
  • Executes housekeeping audits to maintain required levels of GMP
  • Manages rework in a controlled, timely and cost effective manner when deviations do occur.
  • Coaches Quality operators to ensure Batch Documentation Right First Time is maintained.
  • Agrees and executes schedule for line or asset with eth planning team
  • Plans, hires and trains resource in line with rough cut capacity planning profile
  • Generates weekly reports to  schedule adherence completion (MPS), OEE performance and business/performance update for their area
  • Owns Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) plan for their allocated assets and is responsible for its execution
  • Plans and manages direct labour budget in line with annual plan
  • Completes performance reviews of associates in line with HR policy
  • Manages daily attendance - approving time cards, attendance tracking, call-ins, return to work interviews
  • Completes disciplinary process as required
  • Manages voluntary turn-over process
  • Celebrates, rewards and recognises their team for exceptional achievements
  • Owns training program and progress of associates within their team
  • Runs area Daily Operational Review (DOR) and reports up to site DOR
  • Identifies where capital should be invested to generate a cost reduction and/or return on investment
  • Provides Capex support in their area working as a partner with the project engineer
  • Provides NPD/EPD support in their area working as a partner with the technical engineer

 

 

 

Is this You?

 

Expected
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work to stretching targets

 

Desirable
  • Awareness of quality/Good Manufacturing Practice and experience of a KPI focused environment
