Owner of the operational efficiency of the process - works closely with the  TRM’s of the areas and the team to achieve operational excellence. Accountable for obtaining the peak performance out of the process. Takes direction from the Production TRM and align with Area Manager objectives.
 

 

A fantastic opportunity is available for you to join our Operations team.

  

 

This role is responsible in:

 

  • Acts in accordance with all Safety procedures.
  • Proactively looks for safety improvements in their area of work utilising CAPS program.
  • Acts in accordance with all Quality procedures.
  • Owns and executes their own training plan provided by the department.
  • Update SOP’s as needed.
  • Train associates as needed
  • Implements Safety Improvements in the process
  • Implements Quality Improvements in the process
  • Owner of Equipment Process Efficiency (PE) over all 3 shifts. Delivers the maximum performance from their process
  • Preventative Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance Auditor on asset
  • Process Technical Trainer
  • Executes Improvement Plan
  • Responds to Escalations from Team Captain during normal working hours. Escalates to Supportive Maintenance when required
  • Completes AMs (Autonomous Maintenance)
  • Supports PMs (Preventative Maintenance)
  • Picks and replaces spare parts from central MRO storage room
  • Ensure accuracy of OEE tracker
  • Analyse the data from an OEE tracker on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Expected
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work to stretching targets
