OCM Development Lead


Summary of the role :
 

The primary responsibility of this role is to research, design, develop, implement and measure Organisational Change Management (OCM) best practice tools and programmes pertinent to SAP transformation.  These programmes will build organisational and individual ‘change’ capabilities and embed new ways of working effectively and efficiently.  The OCM Development Lead is also responsible for aligning OCM programmes with RB functional programmes to support the evolution of a ‘change’ culture. 

 
Responsibilities:
 
Project Lead
  • Lead and execute strategic and operational OCM Central projects that support the delivery of project and business key performance indicators
  • Continuous improvement of OCM methodology and tools. 
  • Work with the SAP Turbo Communication Lead to create communication content that include narratives and key messages delivered through digital and traditional communication mediums. 
  • Translate internal and external analysis and insights into informative and practical OCM programmes.
  • Create compelling media and presentations to focus stakeholders on change issues and solutions.
 
Strategic Research
  • Lead OCM research to identify best practice in OCM methodology and tools.  
  • Brings external “outside-in” views of change and transformation strategies that shape strategic thinking and enable strong leadership and execution.
  • Build and maintain global alliances with external OCM Consultants and organisation.
 
Design and Build OCM Programmes
  • Build ‘people’ change programmes that drive change adoption and enables new ways of working to be embedded. 
  • Translate theoretical models into practical, applicable delivery methods for the SAP Turbo Programme.
  • Support the Training Lead in building new ways of working capabilities; understand the end to end training and learning lifecycle and RB training process in order to design and build soft skills and technical learning enhancement programmes
  • Implement and align OCM solutions with existing RB functions to influence cultural evolution.
  • Work with market teams to build understanding of the SAP Turbo OCM methodology and drive deployment and delivery of the objectives of the change management workstream.
  • Develop, implement and measure key aspects of the OCM agenda such as IOC Lifecycle Journey, critical business process simulation, OCM Business as Usual (BAU) processes. 
  • Evolve SAP Turbo toolkit to further enable new ways of working to include but not limited to communications, stakeholder engagement, organisational alignment, Benefits, impacts of change and training & development.  
  • Develop strategies to resolve high priority Impacts of Change to ensure business readiness for the SAP implementation is high.
  • Build Leadership and Change Agent programmes that drive leadership ownership during deployment and within BAU.
 
Knowledge Management
  • Develop and lead OCM Knowledge Management programmes that educate leaders, Project Managers and OCM leads in the SAP Turbo’s methodology, tools and lessons learnt.
  • Promote and manage OCM knowledge through internal and external communities of practice.
  • Manage the knowledge retention and sharing within and across deployments and within BAU.
  • Train and educate local markets in the implementation of programmes that include, but not limited to the OCM methodology, tools, SAP roles and responsibilities, End to End Process Adoption and KPI Benefit.


What are we looking for?

 
  • Experience in Organisational Change Management (Culture and ERP) is essential
  • SAP Experience highly advantageous
  • Global business /change transformation programmes 
  • OCM Programme design  
  • Strategic and operational experience
  • Experience of working in a dynamic, time-pressured environment
  • Excellent local and English language skills both verbal and written.
  • Superior stakeholder navigation and management
  • OCM governance and risk mitigation  
  • Organisation Design 
  • Coaching Skills
  • Change Management Certification 
  • High degree of gravitas and experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management
  • Strong critical analysis and risk mitigation
  • Ability to successful flex between strategy and operations. 
  • Ability to be fully ‘hands on’ 
  • Flexibility to travel
