Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Local Success Model (LSM) leveraging key global, lead market and local learnings to define effective 4Ps strategy for assigned brands.
  • Define improvements in sizing/pricing for the brand base business (if needed), as well as 4P strategy on innovation pipeline.
  • Build 4Ps gap analysis and work with sales and customer marketing to agree upon/develop clear and specific plans for corrective actions
  • Anticipate, plan and deliver key communication activities including building strong partnership with Brand Lead Market teams.
  • Liaise with other company functions necessary, especially Local Channel Managers, Regulatory and Media Manager to perform own tasks and ensure alignment of communication and point of sale activities (“sync periods”).
  • Input for Annual Brand Plan process on the base business and innovation pipeline, including financial impact of LSM execution.
  • Champion new product market entry and execution. Support development of sales presentation/materials by local markets, and lead tracking/analysing 4Ps in-marks implementation.
  • Develop Nordic point of sale materials catalogue and deliver the materials to market, collaborating with the local marketing teams.
  • Manage the ATL and BTL budget.
  • Observes current GDP legislation – Good Distribution Practice
  • Master‘s degree at a recognized business school or university
  • Successful Marketing. FMCG, OTC or retail. Managing TV advertised brands.
  • Conceptual and analytical skills. Development of strategies, tactics and measurable implementation. Entrepreneurship
  • Category management – FMCG, OTC, retail
  • Customer management process
  • Commercial acumen
  • Analysis of large and complex data
  • Syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI, Spectra, Panel Data, A&U’s)
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in one of Nordic languages is considered a plus
