We are looking for an energetic account manager who can:

  • build long term partnerships with the key trade partners;
  • lead negotiations with customers in relation to RB strategy & trading terms;
  • take responsibility for achieving objectives with trade partners ie net revenue, trade spend, gross margin, market share and product & placement share;
  • partner with brand marketing to ensure successful execution of 4P objectives as well as promotional strategy including trade budget management, range and assortment optimisation etc;
  • drive formula growth across unique views, conversion, consumer basket and repeat.
  • implement & manage category strategy plans per portfolio;
  • manage the development of category plans & new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation; and
  • drive continuous improvement of account management by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.

We’d love to see applications from junior Account Executives or recent Graduates with a desire to learn fast! Essential prerequisites of the role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a commercial subject);
  • ideally previous account management experience in a FMCG environment;
  • ability to problem solve effectively and show strong analytical skills;
  • great communication skills; and
  • desire and ability to move internationally for career development opportunities.
