This is a detail-oriented position in which the individual must also manage time well among job responsibilities throughout the facility. The individual will conduct non-stock inventory, cycle counts, sort and receiving non-stock packages and PO’s into the system.  Individual will be required to closely support the maintenance team, facilities team as well as other departments throughout the factory.

 

 

  

 

 

A fantastic opportunity is available for an MRO Clerk to join our Maintenance team.

  

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Responsible for sorting and receiving incoming non-stock shipments and POs into the system.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receipt of goods, and issuance of goods.
  • Manage and stock consumable items for operations and other manufacturing departments.
  • Responsible for assisting those that come to the MRO area and meet the requests of items needed.
  • Admin Support in general to the maintenance and facilities teams.
  • Assist to maintain processes that increase efficiency and accuracy of MRO area.
  • Review and improve inventory with the team to ensure MRO holds both the right items in the right quantity to support factory objectives.
  • Must provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Responsible for timely processing of goods receipt and delivery of packages to PO owners.
  • Mindful of potential cost savings initiatives relative to MRO management.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in respect of safety, cGMP and quality system
  • SAP & Process maintenance as needed

 

 

Is this You?

  • Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS Windows)
  • Must be able learn processes and computer programs quickly
  • Must be physically able to stand, bend and twist
  • Must be capable of lifting 55 pounds
  • Must have an excellent financial aptitude
  • Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with strong peer management skills.
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot and root cause process failures.
  • Must have good communication skills (English) and the ability to interact well with other departments in a team environment

 

Desirable
  • SAP or equivalent CMMS experience
  • Awareness of quality/Good Manufacturing Practice and experience of a KPI focused environment
