Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Achieve net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for costumers
  • Achieve account 4P targets (product, placement, piece & promotion)
  • Develop multi-level relationships with the accounts
  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account’s profile (including share of shelf, visibility at POS ,Distribution penetration across product range, Retail pricing, Consumer and Trade promotions and discounts.
  • Observe current GDP legislation – Good Distribution Practice
  • At all times keep updated on current rules and guidelines in GPD legislation
Education:
  • Bachelor or master’s in, Economics Business administration or equivalent 
Experience:
  • Key Account Manager with demonstrable commercial acumen and good understanding of costumer management process.
  • + 3 years of FMCG
  • Conceptual and analytical skills
  • Development of strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Account management
  • Influencing and negotiation
Languages:
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
Specific job skills:
  • Account management, planning issues, priority settings, project management, commercial understanding of corporate and operational business.
  • Strategic thinker with confidence to effectively deliver account plan.
  • Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
Personality:

  • Energetic and self-driven in pursuing and finishing objectives – exercise initiative.
  • Self-confident, result oriented, proactive, meticulous and resilient in all aspects.

  • Capable of building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
 
Literacy & Numeracy:
  • Understanding of business finance.
