A fantastic opportunity is available for a Junior Key Account Manager, Closeout Strategy to join our Sales team.

 

The Junior Key Account Manager will have the accountability to drive the closeout strategy for all categories.  Managing product lists/pricing for close out customers to ensure revenue is maximized. Focus on driving NR across all SKUs, partnering with account and trade marketing teams to find areas of opportunity and optimize business performance.

 

 Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; contribute to closeout strategy ensuring revenue is maximized

  • Improve key sales measures and target for the national account (NR, COP, NWC and trade spend).

  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure excess and obsolete levels and met / not exceeded

  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and customers trading terms

  • Overall Continuous improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories

 

 

Is this You?

 

  • 4 year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience
  • Minimum 18 months of sales experience.
  • Previous experience with the specific customer account preferred
  • Ability to travel required from time to time
  • Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other RB Business Operations
  • Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry
  • Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data and Customer Manager Process, as well as Microsoft Office
