What we are looking for?
  • Minimum 1-year FMCG experience in Marketing
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level, ideally in a business-related subject from a recognized University
  • Post University Studies or MBA are considered a plus
  • The business language in RB is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Nielsen Nitro
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Experience in developing, implementing and measuring success of promotional activities
  • Strong Consumer Research knowledge
  • Very strong presentation skills
