We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Benelux Team. As a key member of the Marketing team the role is focused on driving growth in own market by leading the execution of the brand marketing and trade marketing Plans for a category in line with country commercial strategy as set by the Area.

 

The role will be based in either Amsterdam, Netherlands or Brussels, Belgium – dependent upon the candidate.

 

The position will focus on:

  • 4 P’s marketing and brand trade marketing for a brand or category in the market with responsibility for activation excellence of Area Powerbrand plans. Defining also category trade marketing KPIs for the category or brand
  • Works across functions to develop and execute successful commercial plans to deliver financial, share plans and targets.
  • Managing development and activation of local brands in the portfolio including development of NPD, Comms, and BDI plans.
  • Driving excellence in store execution across key customers / key accounts for the category or brand. Leading the implementation of the format activation plans on optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy.
  • Supporting the Sales team with customer presentations and customer requirements

Requirements:
  • MSc Degree in Economy or Business related
  • 1-2 years experience within Brand Management
  • Fluency in English plus either French or Dutch
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as written and oral skills
