A fantastic opportunity is available for a Internal Communciations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a communication strategy that covers the entire employee experience – from on-boarding to retirement, including branding, themes and key messages and drafting of materials. Partner with the Senior HR team and Communications Director to ensure all communication messages and vehicles are connected to the overall RB culture and business priorities. .
  • Manage internal communications channels for Parsippany office including development and posting of alerts and internal communications on TV screens, appropriate signage and intranet. Serve as content owner for HR department and ensure all documents are up to date on intranet and rb.com/US
  • Provide communications expertise and execution support to departments/functions within HR for their initiatives. Examples include: on-boarding-new hire/promotion announcements, talent retention and recruitment strategy, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement and measurement (ie: DARE), benefits communications (ie: Live Well), and other general internal business announcements.
  • Support social media strategy led by Corporate Communications team for North America by developing a content strategy to highlight RB’s culture and communicate open positions and opportunities. Post content as directed.
  • Monitor key external review sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. and partner with HR business partners to address comments of significance.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications team on regional community relations activities and volunteering efforts. Report regional metric into global reporting system.
  • Manage unique employee benefit programs including National Merit Scholarship and Matching Gift programs
  • All other work as assigned.

Is this You?

  • 2-3 years of communications or human resource experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience within a consumer healthcare or CPG a plus
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and analyse results.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and analytical thinking when approaching assignments and providing recommendations.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and drive, and an ability to supporting business objectives through communications that drive awareness and impact.
  • Critical and creative thinker
  • Applies intellectual curiosity to all aspects of the role
  • Strong ability to work independently and responsible for high quality, error free work product
