We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who is results-driven and a strategic partner to join our expanding team.

The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with our functions and will be focussed on the development and execution of HR strategies that drive people engagement and business outcomes. This position requires an individual with leadership qualities, who is open to change and willing to give their best in a dynamic and ever changing environment.

 

You will be responsible for overseeing the continued development and strengthening of RB’s strong performance based culture, ensuring your function has the leadership capability and organisational capacity to deliver its business objectives.

 
Responsibilities
  • Business partnership, acting as a strong and challenging partner to ensure effective delivery of the HR agenda
  • Providing coaching and direction on all people management and development for all line managers within the function
  • Management of talent development activities including preparation and facilitation of the talent review process through functional talent review meetings and one on ones and developing career and succession plans for the respective function
  • Working with the Centres of Excellence of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to proactively planning for short and long term recruitment requirements and ensure learning and development plans are in place for client groups.
  • Assess and develop effective plans to drive culture change and engagement.  Supporting and advising line management on engagement action planning, effective strategies and challenging management behaviours that do not support engagement
  • Facilitating the annual performance review process (PDR) for the function and providing communication and training support to line management and employees.  Providing ongoing advice and support to line management on managing performance.
 
Is this You?
  • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources in a fast-moving environment with a strong emphasis on strategy and talent development
  • Strong communication skills; must be a confident communicator who is able to deliver clear messages
  • Strong demonstrable stakeholder relationship and influencing skills
  • Shows an understanding and ability to anticipate needs of internal customer groups, being quick to respond and follows through on commitments
  • Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure
