A fantastic opportunity is available for a HR Business Partner to join us in our Tuas Manufacturing Plant

You will be responsible in but not limited to:

·        Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
·        Ensuring talent planning and resourcing to have complete and capable teams in the Manufacturing functions
·        Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
·        Assisting international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matter
·        Strengthening performance management culture and execute systematic training & development plans to drive productivity and bench strength
·        Facilitating organizational development to create a strong and consistent culture and employee engagement 
·        Initiating a strong relationship strategy with internal external stakeholders (local government, legislative, labour union)

 

Is this You?

·        At least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or HR Management is preferred
·        An experienced HR Generalist working in large organization- preferably FMCG & a manufacturing background
·        Strong understanding of Singapore employment law.
·        Achievement focused, innovative and a problem solver
·        Strong leadership skills to influence all levels in the organization
·        Perseverance, tough-mindedness and ability to influence
·        Commercial, financial awareness - understanding of business
·        Strong track record of delivery
·        Excellent analytical and communication skills
