The position is accountable for working closely with business leaders and colleagues in supporting and implementing business strategy. In particular, driving the organization’s people and culture agenda to develop, drive and support an evolving people and change plan for the relevant client group.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build excellent relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business, using knowledge of HR best practice and willingness to challenge the status quo to create positive change
  • Drive people agenda, this includes planning around performance management, talent, recognition, culture, leadership and diversity
  • Design and embed an internal communications strategies, channels, tools, and content to drive commitment and engagement of employees
  • Champion of employee engagement, partnering with the leadership team to assess and develop effective plans to drive employee engagement
  • Enhance RB’s reputation as an Employer of choice through internal and external interventions 
  • Runs all recruitment activities (Graduate and Experienced Hires) ensuring that recruitment communications, recruitment channels/sources and candidate interaction are effectively building RB’s employer brand. Managing end-to-end the recruiting process, from the candidates’ sourcing to the on-boarding of the new hires
  • Change management - facilitates change and sizes opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures, including defining and implementing corporate and business values
  • Partner closely with center of expertise team: talent development, talent acquisition and compensation and benefits to deliver the most effective solutions to the business
  • To act as a role model of the RB culture and core values and to ensure that all HR practices are consistent with and reinforce the RB culture.
  • Properly and consistently implements global HR policies, practices and tools, ensuring managers are properly informed and trained.
  • Coordinating training needs analysis and training plans f in line with training curriculum and within the budget
  • Managing the application of the Group policies and ensures compliance with all local labor laws and Global HR policies
  • At least 4-5 years of professional HR experience in international dynamic environment, preferably in FCMG or pharmaceutical company
  • University degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any other related areas
  • Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies, as well as strong understanding of local HR legislation
  • Good analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust
  • Strong knowledge of the HR systems, excel, power point
  • Enthusiasm, openness, communication and team work skills
  • Ability to react quickly in ambiguous environment
  • Ability to lead the change
  • Fluent English
