We are looking for a HR Business Partner who is results-driven and a strategic partner to join our expanding team.

The HR Business Partner will partner with parts of our global Safety. Quality, Regulatory & Compliance function and will be focussed on the development and execution of HR strategies that drive the engagement of stakeholders. This position requires an individual with leadership qualities, who is open to change and willing to give their best in a dynamic and ever changing environment.

  • Business partnership, acting as a strong and challenging partner to ensure effective delivery of the HR agenda
  • Providing coaching and direction on all people management and development for all line managers within the function
  • Proactive recruitment, planning for long term recruitment requirements, building strong partnerships with our internal recruitment team and aiding in the building of an ongoing external talent pipeline
  • Management of talent development activities including preparation and facilitation of the talent review process through functional talent review meetings and one on ones and developing career and succession plans for the respective function
  • Co-ordinating training needs analysis and training plans for the function in line with the functional training curriculum, working closely with the Global Talent team
  • Leading and co-ordinating the training and communications agenda for the function i.e. responsible for the development of e-learnings and functional communication platforms with the support of an HR/learning coordinator
  • Assess and develop effective plans to drive engagement.  Supporting and advising line management on engagement action planning, effective strategies and challenging management behaviours that do not support engagement
  • Facilitating the annual performance review process (PDR) for the function and providing communication and training support to line management and employees.  Providing ongoing advice and support to line management on managing performance.

  • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources in a fast-moving environment with a strong emphasis on strategy and talent development
  • Strong communication skills; must be a confident communicator who is able to deliver clear messages
  • Strong demonstrable stakeholder relationship and influencing skills
  • Shows an understanding and ability to anticipate needs of internal customer groups, being quick to respond and follows through on commitments
  • Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure
