A fantastic opportunity is available for a HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team.

  

Responsibilities

 

  • Manages all site Supply recruitment and maintains headcount according to plan.
  • Oversees the full talent acquisition process from position requisition; posting; screening; interviewing; selection; job offer; and new hire paperwork.
  • Manages site job descriptions.
  • Coordinates site job fairs and recruiting efforts; attends local career/job fairs; and promotes RB within the community to attract top talent.
  • Supports onboarding process and coaches new employees on RB policies, procedures, benefits, culture, etc.
  • Maintains salary ranges and recommends adjustments when necessary to remain competitive.
  • Partners with onsite staffing agencies to ensure site needs are being fulfilled.   
  • Provides HR advice and counsel to managers and employees with regard to employee relations’ issues and HR policies and procedures.
  • Instructs and assists employees on the use of HR self-service applications.
  • May be responsible for assisting with payroll and analyzing overtime or monthly reports.
  • Processes and maintains records for employee changes such as departmental moves, promotions, pay changes, etc.
  • Maintains accuracy of HR data and assists in reporting and analytics as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assists in the identification of high potentials requiring accelerated development.
  • Utilizes employee feedback obtained through multiple channels as a tool to improve overall engagement in the spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Assists in special projects such as coordination of employee appreciation events and activities; community volunteer initiatives; and other employee engagement efforts.

 

 

 

Is this You?

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3 years of professional Human Resources generalist experience, with high level of recruiting experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information.
  • Current hands-on experience using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Taleo preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across a matrix organization.
  • Dynamic with high level of energy and drive.
  • Prior project management skills; proven ability to balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced environment.
