We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Strategy, Data & Insights Team as a Global Social Intelligence Manager and to make your mark by setting the vision and agenda for Social Insights at RB Health.


The role of the Global Social Intelligence Manager is to:

 

  • Lead the launch of the global social listening program at RB
  • Provide insights across a broad range of initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to grow our businesses.

 

You will utilize Social Listening and Intelligence tools, alongside other data sources, to create powerful narratives to engage stakeholders and drive business impact.


Reporting to the Senior Manager RB Health Global Market & Performance Insights, you will be part of a very dynamic and highly talented team of Strategists, Business Analysts and Insights practitioners. This person will be a key business partner to Insights, Marketing, Media, and external Digital &Media partners.


Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and deploy a transformative Social Insights vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for RB Health.
  • Lead the deployment of the new Global social listening program alongside our chosen Global Partner
  • Proactively explore and curate insights from numerous sources and develop meaningful and powerful stories that can pinpoint opportunities for growth across the business
  • Find new applications for Social Listening data and help embed a culture of test and learn, challenging the status quo and finding more effective and innovative tools of learning about consumers and shoppers
  • Partner with marketing & insight team on trend-spotting, form hypotheses for testing and influence business decisions on product renovation and innovation
  • Manage ad hoc projects, including educating teams regarding new learnings, metrics, and tools etc.
  • Interact with senior leadership regarding strategy and governance of social insights capability.

 

 

Role Requirements:

 

  • Commercial research experience, including exposure to international consumer insights and social media research.
  • Experience within social media analytics / insight / research in an agency or client-side environment, interpreting social media data and drawing insights on strategic and tactical levels.  Able to articulate examples where you’ve made a tangible impact to success of your business or stakeholders.
  • Hands on exposure to social media listening / social monitoring tools/ platforms.  Ideally strong proficiency in Brandwatch proprietary software and research methods.
  • Extensive experience with Boolean searches and unstructured data.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software and conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Strong international leadership skills and experience in regional roles.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills.
  • Strong level of competency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables & charting), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Multilingual skills are strongly preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to data querying and visualisation e.g. SQL, Power BI etc is preferred but not required
  • CPG or Health background is preferred but not required
