Skills & Experience required:
  • Structured, strong process mapping and process systems thinking
  • Skilled in reading big data and convert it into actionable tasks
  • Experience working in in multicultural environment, international experience desired.
  • Ability to balance between a clear 'no go' and being pragmatic in order to support implementation of best practices and Right First Time improvement by uncompromising quality requirements
  • Ability to build SME teams consisting of technical experts from IFCN sites and guide them to share expertise in order to support SOP writings
  • Organized and able to deliver concise written or oral summaries to senior management
  • Excellent skill in drawing trends out of data collected, identify patterns, draw out underlying drivers for performance improvement

Technical\professional qualifications required:

 
  • At least BSc degree in Life Sciences
  • Strong experience in a quality and / or regulatory compliance function
  • Infant Formula background strongly desired. Experience in Pharma industry is a plus
  • Broad knowledge of Codex, FDA and SAMR regulations.
  • Direct experience in FSSC 22.000 is a plus
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a robust QMS including deep knowledge of HACCP implementation
  • An early adopter of new technologies
  • Experience with the use of Lean tools and operational performance metrics to drive improvement.
  • Experienced auditor, with ability to carry Lead Auditor status within RB
  • Creative and eager to learn in automated documentation library
Personal Attributes:
 
  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate views across all levels of IFCN
  • High level of ownership
  • Experience working at factory in operational QA and compliance is a must
  • Strong QMS working knowledge at site, have deployed QMS at factory is preferred
  • Good data processing and analytics skills, very proficient with excel and other tools for data analytics.
  • Well-developed influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision to achieve results effectively
  • Highly motivated and confident
  • Able to actively demonstrates behaviors in line with the RB Core Values
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated sound understanding of related fields (e.g. manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory affairs)
  • Please note that the duties and responsibilities within this role may change over the course of employment, which will require flexibility.

NOTES:
  • Requires 15-25% of travel which consists of Site Visits and Periodic Meetings
  • Position to be based in the UK or the Netherlands
