A fantastic opportunity is available for a Global Marketing Manager - Durex Equity to join our Marketing team.  
 

You will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of major projects to drive Durex brand equity and support other brands in the Sexual Wellbeing portfolio.


This role requires the achievement of specific objectives related to brand equity development but the role is also implicitly linked to the other 3 pillars of the Category Development Organization strategy, namely innovation, entry models/expansion and growth models.


You will be...

  • Equity Champion: Develop, prioritise and lead delivery of key equity project related to Sexual Wellbeing product, comms and partnership projects developing the brand equity in line with the Masterbrand stratregy.
  • Project Management: Day to day management of all related projects and business initiatives. Direct management of project budgets ensuring adequate funding of those projects by internal stakeholders.
  • Global Coordination: Develop and communicate best commercial practices with & to lead and local markets for implementation – to include positioning, product, placement, price, copy, media, packaging, promotion for respective projects.
  • Indirect Leadership: Support country marketing teams on an ongoing basis in all aspects of brand marketing execution relating to the brand equity and specific project areas to identify and support growth opportunities.
  • Consumer centric: Co-ordinate relevant category market research projects to improve consumer understanding and identify consumer insights and pipeline ideas
  • Team Player: Support the Global Brand Marketing Manager and Global Category Director in aligned equity projects which they lead (global digital & social media efforts, global PR, etc.)

Skills & Experience required

  • Significant marketing experience preferably working with a complex consumer brand especially in developing markets in an FMCG company

  • Significant marketing experience in managing Global NPD/EPD projects across countries, including NPD, EPD, Growth Models and Entry Models in an FMCG company (experience in developing markets is desirable)

  • Significant experience in managing related consumer brand’s KPIs in an FMCG company

  • Significant experience in creating marketing strategies for complex brands in brand positioning, brand development, innovation and project leadership

  • Previous experience in end to end innovation management, ideation, new concept creation &  development for complex brands for multiple countries
