A fantastic opportunity is available for an Global Care Strategy Director to join our RB Marketing team.



This role is responsible in

  • Establish CRM/CX strategy and 3-year roadmap. Partner with global brand strategists/brand experience specialists to improve the strategic direction, innovation and coordination of CRM/CX roadmap.
  • Develop/optimize/operationalize data-driven, omni-touchpoint CRM strategies to drive strongest possible engagement, sales and loyalty. Quantify/improve CRM’s contribution to financials across all markets.
  • Define/refresh performance expectations, executional guidance, content/capabilities assessment, and the “must do’s” of today’s global success model,
  • Through direct leadership and in partnership with global brand strategists and frontline leaders, drive transformation to tomorrow’s global success model, where CRM/CX and 1:1 relationship journey orchestration is fully integrated with purchase-driven capabilities.
  • Regularly audit eCRM capabilities, and develop a 3-year plan to improve prioritized skillsets throughout RB Health.
  • Coordinate global CRM leadership team education, thought leadership, and best practice sharing. Conduct global competitive assessments on eCRM and trends, and provide strategic insights to brand leads.

Is this You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science required, Master's degree or MBA preferred. Start-up and eComm experience a major advantage.
  • Minimum of 12 years working experience in CRM, digital marketing, marketing automation strategy, and implementation
  • More than 2 years global or regional strategic marketing experience, including experience managing a team across multiple geographies.
  • Must have experience building a CRM program from scratch required. Must be a hands-on operator with extensive experience implementing CRM marketing principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience with cutting-edge technologies to improve CRM capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Harmony, Adobe Suite, Oracle Eloqua, and Marketo).
  • Strong quantitative skills, and the ability to frame business problems analytically. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies, tactics, measurable implementation plans
