These opportunities are the start of an international career that will get you immediately involved in key global brand projects and exciting NPD initiatives.  The role is intended to offer an opportunity for enthusiastic, creative and hungry-to-learn marketeers the opportunity to work:
  • With global exposure to senior management across RB Hygiene/Home
  • On complex cross-country projects with cross-cultural teams
  • With a multi-functional team including R&D, Regulatory and Supply
  • On strategic projects that future-proof the RB business.
 

 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
 
LEAD:
  • Category Information Management and analysis, including financials, market shares and competitive information
  • Consumer-centric insights, always using data to substantiate arguments
 
ASSIST ON:
 
  • NPD/EPD Pipeline development for brands in several countries.
  • Champion global NPD/EPD projects across countries, including NPD, EPD, Growth Models and Research.
  • Influencing Global Brand Strategy, countries and cross-functions
  • Best Practice sharing with countries
  • Large Innovation projects; e.g. NPDs, Research briefs, operational elements of projects
  • Development of success models, growth models and entry models
  • Global planning process, including development and approval of 3-year growth plan
 
 
 
Is this you?
  • At least 3 years marketing experience and must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment
  • Marketing innovation experience highly desirable
  • Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognised University
  • Strong project management skills - prior experience of managing (leading) projects involving cross functional teams is preferred
  • Consumer centric and interested in data, always seeking data to substantiate arguments
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy
