A fantastic opportunity is available for an IS ecommerce Analyst to join our Information Services team.

  

 

The Ecommerce Analyst is responsible for supporting the global health ecommerce team by implementing ecommerce tools and leveraging data to drive in-market implementation ecommerce 4P initiatives.  Key areas of responsibility include providing support in identifying and finding solutions to close in-market gaps; driving market outperformance across ecommerce channels and be in the center of excellence for data driven insights. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supports the commercial team with in-depth data analysis of strengths/weaknesses of current execution of our ecommerce4P strategies.

  • Provides analysis of portfolio performance across all various platforms, identify gaps and opportunities to improve and scale globally.

  • Performs high level, in depth analyse, correlating sales data across KPI’s to identify which levers work best for the business

  • Measures performance and impact of initiatives.  Communicates results effectively to the markets.

  • Supports the global ecommerce team on performance management, reporting and analysis, and data accuracy

  • Assist in the implementation of 4P execution tool into new markets and evaluate new functionality and data sources

  • Implement best practices based on the ecommerce activation playbook and develop new best practices based on market feedback

  • Works with local market/users to provide training as needed.

 

 

 

 

Is this You?

 

  • 4 year college degree.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics, Clavis will be added advantage.

  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to conduct data analysis AND use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories.

  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.

  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office).

  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task.

  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.  Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

  • Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry a plus.

     Global travel may be required <25%
