This is a highly strategic and international role with a mix of Sales/Key Account Management as well as Traffic and conversion management. In the role, you will: 

  • Thrive on having full P&L accountability and be responsible for driving and executing the business growth plans with your key customers in Sweden and across the Nordics
  • Take responsibility for E-Commerce customer portfolio and build strong relationships including customer interaction, collaborations, forecast, joint business plans and negotiations
  • Act as primary commercial contact within RB Nordics for future e-commerce accounts
  • Develop and deliver targets to expand sales and profitability across potential future e-commerce customers
  • Focus on monitoring market share development across our categories
  • Develop promotional strategy and drive execution for your customers making sure to deliver highest possible ROI and growth
  • Engage with and get learnings and best practices from the Central European E-commerce team, as well as feed in best practices from your region
  • Develop and tailor best in class content, drive Search Engine Optimization and Country specific search strategies, together with the Central European E-com team
  • Share e-commerce best practices within sales team
Desired background:
  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent.
  • Sales and/or Key Account Management experience
  • FMCG or Healthcare experience preferable
  • Conceptual and analytical skills
  • Development of strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Influencing and negotiation
  • Preferably e-commerce background
  • The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English,therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in Swedish is also required
Specific job skills:
  • Account management, Relationship building, priority settings, project management, commercial understanding of corporate and operational business. Knowledge of the e-tailing business. Strategic thinker with confidence to effectively deliver account plan. Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum.

  • Capable of building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Literacy & Numeracy:
  • Understanding of business finance
