A fantastic opportunity is available for a Digital Content Editor to join our Digital and Ecommerce team.

  

This is an exciting opportunity to join RB’s Digital Technology team.   

 

The Digital Content Editor will work closely with the UK marketing function to deliver game changing digital content entry on websites and other digital platforms (Eg YouTube). You will also be responsible for the correct configuration of content & content management within our Digital Asset Management system(s) (DAM), for the ultimate purpose of creating best in class consumer facing comms experiences. 

 

You will take part in high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that will cross multiple business divisions and will need to work closely as part of a team of website development and user experience specialists. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Uploading, editing and formatting website and other digital content via Content Management Systems. 
  • Working closely with the Senior Business Analyst and other website dev and UX functions to deliver projects within CMS platforms. 
  • Maintaining Digital Asset Management by entering new and updated content. 
  • Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. 
  • Mindset of continuous improvement through proactive digital content audits and analysis, including industry trends and recommendations. 
  • Reporting regularly on the progress and championing digital content management. 

 

Is this You?

  • Strong understanding and experience with CMS platforms 
  • Experience managing content within a DAM and best practice approaches. 
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams with conflicting priorities 
  • Willingness to learn new technologies 
  • Excellent computer literacy 

Desirable: 

 

  • Experience investigating, analysing information and drawing conclusions for website improvements 
  • Experience of optimizing content in line with Search principles related to organic search (SEO) and best practices for optimising Paid Search quality through landing page improvements 
  • Experience with Shopify and Umbraco CMSs would be helpful 
  • Previous experience with project management systems would be an advantage 
  • Experience working as part of a virtual team across multiple geographies.
