A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Logistics Manager to join our Supply team.
  
 

The Customer Logistics Manager has direct responsibility of providing both strategic and tactical leadership to drive “best in class” customer service performance (in-stocks, case-fill, on-time, forecast accuracy, perfect order) and build Supply Chain relationship with key customers. The person will also be responsible for developing and leading strategic supply chain partnerships with targeted customers. This position supports the Sales Team through management of the complete supply chain system.

 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Provide direction for our Customer Supply Chain teams to deliver high levels of service to the customer - complete order, on-time delivery, free of damage, and accurate transaction.
  • Become expert of the main process and organization of key customers. Be the internal “voice of the customer” promoting a customer centric culture.
  • Define, collaborate and implement activities needed to achieve key performance indicators (service & cost).
  • Lead the activities of the team to maintain seamless communication with the customer, the Sales Teams, and internal Supply Chain functions.
  • Lead identification and prioritization of value-added activities that contribute to the growth and cost effectiveness of the business. Lead the team to successful implementation.
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the team to ensure fully integrated, differentiated service excellence is delivered both internally and to the key customers. Serve as a key liaison between the Logistics Centers, Manufacturing Plants, Demand Planning, Sales teams, and the customer.
  • Build and leverage internal and external partnerships to deliver short and long-term business goals.
  • Develop procedures to enhance the workflow and efficiency of the Customer Supply Chain team.
  • Develop future supply chain leaders through career path planning and execution
 
Global Supply Chain Lead (Amazon):
 

 

  • Set vision and local Supply strategy by RTM (e.g. Amazon.com, Pantry, Fresh/ prime Now) in alignment with RB's commercial strategy
  • Create business case & implement new SC capabilities to effectively enable E-Commerce business models - product & packaging Innovation, new revenue enablers, margin enhancement
  • Create synchronized replenishment process with customer leveraging technology, agile planning processes/ systems (e.g. CPFR) and responsive OTC process
  • Grow partnership and become "vendor of choice" through advanced vendor collaboration programs (e.g. Vendor Flex, Drop-ship)
  • Be the "customer's voice" at RB - educate and influence key stakeholders on digital journey (e.g. integration with local/global E2E teams, best practices, training)
  • Represent CSC at global & local JBP sessions. Facilitate development of action plans across countries.
  • Monitor all Supply Chain related KPIs with Amazon assuring timely and correct measurement according to agreed formulas. Responsible for Global Balance Score card including coordination of comments with countries.
  • Serve as supply point of contact with Central Amazon team in Commercial.
  • Provide training to the users on Amazon KPIs and Vendor Central - serve as a bridge for sharing best practices globally facilitating workshops.
  • Be the point of contact for Global Supply Chain areas in Amazon (ex. Global SVS)
 
Is this You?
  • Must have BA or BS in supply chain management, business management or another related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people
  • 7-10 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics and/or Forecasting
  • Experience managing E-Commerce Supply Chains preferred
  • Experience working on the vendor Supply Team of a FMCG supporting a large retailer.
  • Experience as a manager with direct reporting responsibilities
  • High proficiency with computer systems and software applications, such as Retail Link.
  • Superior communication skills - written, oral, and presentation
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills          
  • Experience with, and a high level of comfort in, contact with the customer both at an every-day operational level as well as at senior level when needed
