A fantastic opportunity is available for a SAP Order Integrity Analyst on a 6-month contract to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

As the SAP Order Integrity Analyst, you will support the Customer Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) in their daily tasks. In this role, you will help manage orders to ensure they reach our customers in the most efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Provide support to CSCA to ensure a smooth transition during SAP implementation (Pre and Post Go-live)

- Assist CSCA in monitoring and handling IDOC (intermediate document) errors

- Participate in system transitions/changes and other change project teams as they arise
- Process and monitor orders from placement to delivery at the customer, ensuring Customer and RB KPIs are met 
- Proactively run reports to analyze service risks and options for recovery
- Answer inquiries from Customers & Sales teams regarding orders and potential issues, and follow-up through resolution
- Co-ordinate with Transportation & Operations to ensure orders deliver on time & in full
- Reconcile system discrepancies to ensure proper customer billing 
- Validate and process return requests 
- Raise Debit and Credit notes as necessary
- Communicate with Demand Planning to ensure knowledge of product availability
- Co-ordinate throughout the organization to identify opportunities to remove touches from the system, striving for workload efficiencies

- Computer Savvy: You have experience working with Retail Link, Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- College graduate: You have a B.S. In Supply Chain Management, Business Degree, Engineering or relevant degree.
