Role Purpose:
  • Provide excellent customer services through prioritization to all markets through excellent communication with customers.
  • Pro-actively challenge market information received into the RB SLC factory
  • Act as the ‘voice of the Customer’ within the RB SLC operation.
  • Provide a focal point for the flow of requirements information from customers to RB SLC and back to markets.
  • Generate, analyze and report key information requirements to enable the supply processes to operate effectively

 

 

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Planning team.

  

 

Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate the input and maintenance of SAP data for existing and new products ensuring a high standard of data quality is maintained.
  • Proactively manage the required flow of information from specific areas of the RB SLC operation (Technical, Quality, Release For Sale) back to the markets supply team to ensure timely and justifiable decisions can be made.
  • Extract, analyse and publish accurate data from SAP/SNP for use in the monthly S&OP Process and KPI reporting. 
  • Coordinate shipments of materials and finished goods (outbound logistics) from SLC to vendors, LCs and intra-companies through the carrier which as assigned by Transport Management
  • Monitor supply situation across portfolio and take action in case of out of stock/distress situation
  • Daily monitor of cut orders of portfolio and understand/communicate root cause
  • Establish yourself as the first point of contact for all customers requiring information on the status of supply.  This will involve discussion with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality & Warehouse staff.
  • Operate the ‘Make To Order’ (MTO) Customer service process including receipt/input of orders and customer order updates
  • Resolve customer queries regarding shortages and delivery failures
  • Address and resolve all customer service queries, using the appropriate escalation process to ensure that serious supply issues and highlighted appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage the ESL process with the markets
  • Cover weekly service calls
  • Be the link between project management and planning to ensure new products are produced on time to meet launch dates
  • Monitor the accuracy of product deployment to US LCs

  • Good communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to make timely decisions based on  logical assumptions, factual information &  consideration of resources, constraints &  organization values
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work  and resources appropriate to requirements
  • Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment.
  • Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective   working relationships with people within  and external to the organization at all levels
  • Ability to challenge & influence people when necessary
  • Ability to maintain security and confidentiality
  • H.S. Diploma
  • Degree caliber preferred
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Good understanding of SNP
  • Clear understanding of Production and Release processes
