The Data & Analytics Manager will work closely with the Digital & Analytics team to ensure that set foundations and “raise the ceiling” for the US and across the Globe by developing process and advancing the use of data to drive improve marketing effectiveness and advancing media measurement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data & technology as it applies to media and marketing – with a focus on digital media.


This person will gain hands on experience and exposure to the fundamentals of data targeting, digital measurement, and will be responsible for tracking set up, reporting and analysis in coordination with the media and creative agencies.  The Communications Analyst is expected to be an active member of the Hygiene Home Media team through a passion and curiosity for new thinking and fresh ideas to advance the use of data to drive better business results.


The right candidate has the ability to impact creative thinking across the media, brand marketing and agency teams through an analytical mindset.


Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support measurement execution focused on ad media effectiveness, brand health and consumer behavior that capture campaign performance, inform optimizations and impact future plans (Nielsen or other MMX experience)
  • Work with partner agencies to create, manage and deliver analysis templates across all media channels
  • Support Data Management Platform (DMP) audience analytics activities or other tools used to develop robust audience personas for media targeting and creative development
  • Key contributor to providing media analysis and insights across brand portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through audience segmentation
  • Leverage social listening to define category, consumer, brand and competitive landscapes
  • Assist in developing a measurement roadmap for the marketing organization
  • Develop benchmarking and best practices for monthly performance scorecards
  • Manage day-to-day within the Data Management Platform (DMP) to ensure all digital campaigns are tagged and QA’ed properly to ensure quality of data and reports
  • Responsible for understanding new data & measurement technologies, digital partners and trends
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business. MBA a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in Marketing/Communications
  • 3+ years’ work experience with Media Marketing Attribution (MMX, MTA, Sales Lift Studies, Google Analytics)

  • Working knowledge of competitive, audience and syndicated media research & systems (Nielsen, comScore)
  • Knowledge of the workings of a DSPs, Agency Trading desks and DMPs and CRM databases
  • Understanding of programmatic media buying
  • Familiarity with DoubleClick and other measurement tools products
  • Understanding of digital tagging implementation and QA process  
  • Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools
  • Strong understanding of Data Management Platforms (DMP) Salesforce
