Objetive:

Manage the markets by creating synergies with the commercial and administrative areas, identifying market opportunities, making proposals to increase the market share, following up clients payments, designing MSF and trade marketing strategies, negotiating with distributors and controlling commercialization of products, according to the corporate & compliance policies in order to achieve business results.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Control the use of the allocated budget for the promotional activities verifying the impact on the growth of the market share.
  • Propose the market's long-term and short-term strategies, according to the corporate objectives and approach, contributing the sustained growth of the market and long-term return on investment
  • To strategically guide the generation of demand of the entire portfolio of RB legacy health brands, establishing commercial strategies, in order to achieve market share and the budget / market sales projections
  • To plan and control the budget for general expenses, presenting an annual budget to ensure the commercial coverage of targeted territories, in order to achieve market share objectives
  • Collaborate with Marketing for the development of plans, product recommendations, launches, forecasting, targets, communications and analyzing performance
  • To manage the development of training programs for the sales force, according to market needs, through continuous monitoring of the quality of the execution, updating of information and constant feedback, in order to guarantee the expected impact on health professionals.
  • To be a role model of the RB behaviors to drive an environment and culture that attracts and retains the talent of a high-performance organization that contributes to the local results.
 

Job Profile:

  • Professional in Commerce, Marketing, Sales or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Medical and goods marketing, sales, finance, planning and leadership
  • English Fluent
  • Experience in Sales management, Marketing Management.
