This role is responsible to

  • Recommends, develops and executes the annual marketing plans and programs for the assigned brand which supports the Company’s overall strategic direction.
  • Establish and maintain close liaison with the other operating departments to ensure smooth and timely execution and roll out of the programs.
  • Monitors and controls the brand expenditure as well as profitability on a routine basis.
  • Assists the supervisor and Marketing Director in the development of the long and short term plans.
  • Responsible for sales forecasting of relevant products including preparation of budget covering sales and expenses (A & P).
  • Liaises and update the sales management periodically pertaining to sales forecasting, brand performance,coming promotional programs and promotional activity post evaluation for your assigned brands.
  • Assist the Supervisor / Marketing Director in the development of brand advertising creative.
  • Assists the supervisor in managing his/her direct assigned brands and ensures the attainment of their set sales, market share and profit objectives.
  • Works closely with Operations Department on the sourcing of premiums for marketing promotions, printing of POS materials, ensuring high quality of products from QA, working with RA on local regulatory requirements and working with the Demand Manager to
  • Ensure timely evaluations and approvals of all promotions and launches are obtained.
  • Ensures all marketing activities are carried out on time.
  • To support the franchise in execution matters for key IMCs (e.g.: Communication to target audiences, ie:consumers & HCPs which involves Consumer & Customer Promotions & Engagement initiatives, etc)
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks / projects pertaining to Marketing duties as and when required.

 

Is this You?

  • At least a Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field 
  • At least 5 – 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Words, Excel and Power point)
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Positive work attitude and able to work independently in a team environment
  • Highly committed and result oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, thorough, accurate and systematic in the execution of duties
