Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RB stores in different platform as if they are his/ her own business
  • Develop EC business in marketplace and handle RB flagship store
  • In charge of front and back stage management and overall shopping route planning, execution and maintenance
  • Plan and execute online 5P with regular update, maintenance and management
  • Coordinate with EC W/S on consumer Q&A, feedback, product returns and other related services
  • Explore other potential opportunities that will further drive online business
  • Work with EC trade marketing on overall CRM activation
  • E-leaflet, EDM, and any other online materials design, production and delivery
  • Online activities ROI tracking and reviews

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in working in Taiwan eCommerce environment especially in FMCG industry
  • Experience in managing company-owned e-store & wholesalers is an advantage
  • Excellent data analysis and communications skills
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
